Voila un blog avec les biographies des membres du groupe Depeche Mode et de tous les titres du groupe que j'ai pu trouver.
Si il y a une vidéo qui ne va plus dites-le moi ainsi je la remplacerai ^^
Note : Je viens de finir en partie la grande mise à jour du blog. Les vidéos n'allant plus ont été remplacées. A venir : de nouvelles biographies et Sounds et Tour Of The Universe (voir table des matières, ajoutée sur le premier article).

1er album : "Speak and Spell" (sorti le 5 Oct 1981).
Speak and Spell est le premier album du groupe anglais Depeche Mode. Paru en 1980 sous le label Mute Records du producteur Daniel Miller, il regroupe onze chansons : neuf chansons écrites par Vince Clarke et les deux restantes (Tora! Tora! Tora! et l'instrumental Big Muff) par Martin L. Gore. Il contient les hits New Life et Just can't get enough, qui firent connaître le groupe à ses débuts. Cet album se caractérise par des mélodies tantôt entraînantes, tantôt expérimentales, et un son électro-pop marqué par une large utilisation des synthétiseurs.
Après la parution de cet album et la tournée qui suivit, Vince Clarke quitta le groupe pour fonder les groupes Yazoo puis Erasure ; ce qui fait que cet album est le seul album de Depeche Mode à contenir des chansons écrites par lui.
La version CD comprend en plus le titre Dreaming Of Me, premier single du groupe paru avant cet album. Il existe également une édition « Deluxe » avec deux CD.
